TIMINGS
The band will need 1 and half hours to set up their equipment and sound check. If you would prefer this to be done before your guests arrive, please factor that in when selecting band arrival time below.
Please note: Load in time needs to be a minimum of 1.5 hours before our performance starts and a maximum of 3.5 hours before our first performance. If you need longer than 3.5 hours before an extra waiting charge will be incurred.

NOTE: Our Standard DJ service is an option for the band to play DJ music (with live audience requests) through our system AFTER our final set. This is an add on that costs extra.
We will provide unmanned background music after we have set up and in between our two sets free of charge.
BACKGROUND MUSIC
As a complimentary service we will play background music upon your guests arrival through our P.A system. If we are performing 2 sets option, we will also play music in between those sets. If you require music AFTER our second set the Standard DJ Service can be purchased (this includes unlimited audience requests).

NOTE:
For very small rooms or venues that have sound limiters it is sometimes appropriate for the band to use an electric drum kit so we have full control over the sound levels and can keep them lower than with an acoustic drum kit.

RIDER
Due to the length of time spent at the venue we require one hot meal (substantial) plus soft drinks for each band member and roadie attending (if applicable)
Please make the venue / bar staff aware of the soft drinks for the band agreement before the band arrive.

The band require a private room with seating in order for us to wait away from guests and store bags coats equipment etc and to get dressed. (A disabled toilet is not a suitable changing room)
